Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the packing & grading team to ensure efficient workflow.
• Properly and safely package egg cartons to maintain product safety and quality.
• Ensure egg cartons are correctly labeled with directional and warning labels.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards for egg cartons and the packaging area.
• Implement and improve packaging processes to enhance efficiency and minimize waste.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
• Train and guide team members to maintain high performance and safety protocols.
• Monitor inventory levels of packaging materials and coordinate replenishment as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health safety and regulatory guidelines.
