Summary

We are looking for a experienced and well professional Restaurant Supervisor for one of our prestigious hospitality client in Al Ain. Who plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and guest-centric operation of a high-volume hospitality dining establishment. Reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager, this position is responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house activities, leading a team of service staff, maintaining exceptional service standards, and contributing to a positive guest experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, operational efficiency, and a deep understanding of restaurant management principles.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor front‑of‑house staff, including waiters, hosts, and bartenders, ensuring consistent service delivery.
  • Manage daily operations, including shift scheduling, staff assignments, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
  • Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally, turning negative experiences into positive outcomes.
  • Monitor inventory levels of consumables and coordinate with the kitchen and procurement teams to prevent stockouts.
  • Utilize restaurant management software to track sales, manage reservations, process orders, and generate daily reports.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment in line with brand standards.
  • Promote the restaurant through active engagement on social media platforms, including content creation and customer interaction.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new team members, ensuring they are aligned with service protocols and company culture.
  • Collaborate with the management team to implement marketing initiatives, special events, and promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare daily and weekly operational reports using Microsoft Word and other reporting tools.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and safety procedures across all shifts.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting, with at least 6 months in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Proficient in using restaurant management software (e.g., POS systems, reservation platforms, inventory tools).
  • Strong command of Microsoft Word for report writing, documentation, and operational planning.
  • Experience managing social media accounts for a restaurant or hospitality brand, including content scheduling and engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Valid UAE work visa and willingness to reside in provided accommodation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; formal hospitality or business qualification is a plus.
