  • Assist in planning and executing promotional activities to boost sales.
  • Prepare reports on sales, customer feedback, and staff performance.
  • Work closely with management to implement policies and improve service quality.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 35 years of experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant, café, or hospitality sector.
  • Skills:
