Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Ecommerce Sales Manager to drive the expansion of our luxury goods brand globally through strategic partnerships and brand collaborations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of ecommerce sales experience, particularly in selling luxury goods online and collaborating with various platforms to increase brand reach. This role focuses on expanding our online presence through collaborations with other websites, forming strategic partnerships, and managing existing accounts to ensure continued success and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Global Expansion: Lead the strategy and execution of expanding our brand's online presence globally through ecommerce platforms and collaborations.
Brand Collaboration: Establish and manage partnerships with other luxury brands, ecommerce websites, and marketplaces to sell our products.
Sales Growth: Identify new leads and opportunities for partnerships to drive sales growth across different markets.
Account Management: Serve as the primary account manager for currently active accounts, ensuring strong relationships, regular communication, and addressing any issues to maintain successful collaborations, managing customer order fulfilment.
Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with active accounts to track performance, optimize sales strategies, and ensure the continued success of each partnership.
Market Research: Continuously research emerging ecommerce platforms and trends to identify new partnership opportunities.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with external ecommerce partners, ensuring mutual growth and profitability.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and logistics teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnerships.
Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance data, marketing metrics, and conversion rates to refine strategies and optimize the effectiveness of partnerships and marketing initiatives, particularly in the USA, China, and SEA regions.
Luxury Goods Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of the luxury goods market to tailor strategies that resonate with high-end customers and maintain the brand's premium positioning.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in ecommerce sales, with a strong focus on luxury goods.
Proven track record in successfully expanding a brand's ecommerce presence globally.
Strong experience in collaborating with other websites and ecommerce platforms to sell products.
Experience in account management, including managing and growing existing partnerships.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills to build and maintain high-level partnerships.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and optimize strategies for growth.
Experience in lead generation and building new partnerships across international markets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
