Job Description

As our E-Commerce Manager EAMEA, your main objective will be to support Fairmont & Raffles properties across the region for digital marketing and e-commerce activities. Reporting to the Director E-Commerce EAMEA, you will be actively involved in conducting hotel audits and working towards maximizing direct and indirect online performance. You will be fully responsible to drive Web direct & Web indirect performance across all the hotels in Europe, Africa, Middle East & Asia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong and close rapport with hotels digital teams, providing guidance, overseeing their e-commerce and digital strategy and aligning it with the overall departmental objectives
  • Support hotels in planning and execution of digital marketing activities through global partners, vendors and agencies including but not limited to SEM, email marketing, social media, display and programmatic, metasearch, OTA ads
  • Design and develop learning material for hotels including user-guides, handbooks, intranet content
  • Provide ideas and best practices to grow online performance
  • Utilize data analytics tools and customer insights to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve online performance
  • Drive central tools adoption by properties
  • Work closely with counterparts from Acquisition, CRM, Social Media, Product in the rollout of digital projects, tools and campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders from Revenue, Marketing, PR, Sales, Operations
  • Monitoring rate parity across channels using central tool to ensure best rate availability on direct web
  • Monitor and assist in ensuring Rate parity together with the Revenue team throughout all distribution channels
  • Support new opening hotels with distribution, budget recommendation, team structure and opening campaign
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in E-Commerce and Digital Marketing in Hospitality, Tourism or Retail
  • A degree in Hospitality Management or Marketing and Communications
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategy and best practices
  • Proficient with Digital platforms and tools
  • SEA/Display & META knowledge
  • Experience in content writing and SEO
  • Understanding of online marketing channels and trends
  • Analytical thinker
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Expertise in luxury-focused social media
  • Familiarity with travel, hospitality, lifestyle, and luxury sectors
  • Excellent English, both verbal and written. French is a plus>
