Job Summary

One of our clients in Dubai is looking for E-commerce Manager to lead and grow market business. The role involves overseeing all digital sales channels, optimizing the customer journey, managing inventory coordination, and driving revenue growth while ensuring the highest quality and freshness standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • E-commerce Strategy & Execution
    • Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy for related products.
    • Identify growth opportunities across online marketplaces, mobile apps, and company-owned platforms.
    • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to align promotions with product availability.
  • Platform & Inventory Management
    • Manage the market platform, ensuring accurate product listings, images, pricing, and nutritional information.
    • Collaborate with supply chain to ensure inventory accuracy, freshness, and timely delivery.
    • Optimize product assortment and stock rotation to minimize waste.
  • Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition
    • Plan and execute online campaigns (social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, push notifications).
    • Drive customer engagement and retention through loyalty programs, promotions, and personalized recommendations.
    • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs.
Requirements
