We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to oversee and grow our online marketplace. The ideal candidate will have 5 8 years of e-commerce management experience in Dubai with strong knowledge of online platforms, vendor onboarding, product listings and digital growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the end-to-end e-commerce operations of our solar marketplace.
• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase product listings, traffic and conversions.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure accurate content, pricing and availability.
• Implement SEO, SEM and digital marketing initiatives to enhance visibility.
• Monitor website performance analytics and customer experience to ensure seamless operations.
• Lead platform improvements in collaboration with technical and design teams.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities in e-commerce and the solar industry.

Requirements

• 5 8 years of e-commerce management experience in Dubai/UAE.
• Proven track record of driving revenue and operational efficiency through online platforms.
• Strong knowledge of marketplace models, product catalogs and vendor management.
• Understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics and performance marketing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior exposure to solar, renewable energy or related industries is an advantage.
