Job summary

A recruiting firm in the UAE is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter (Female) to manage recruitment for white-collar and blue-collar roles across multiple sectors. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3-4 years of relevant experience, with strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and excellent communication skills. This is a full-time remote position for those in the UAE on a Freelance or Family Visa.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing recruitment for diverse roles.
  • Strong knowledge of visa procedures and overseas hiring.

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various roles.
