1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management
2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Recruiter in the Healthcare domain
3. Experience in healthcare recruitment or talent acquisition
4. Strong communication and negotiation skills
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
6. Familiarity with healthcare licensing and regulations (preferred)
