We're hiring a results-focused recruiter with minimum 3-4 years of experience in blue-collar hiring, strong administrative capabilities, and most importantly powerful connects within the manpower supply industry and agent networks.

This role demands speed, hustle, and the ability to close roles that directly contribute to monthly revenue. If you know how to activate your network and deliver talent fast, this is where you belong.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading high-volume hiring for blue-collar roles such as laborers, drivers, security, and cleaners.
• Managing end-to-end hiring cycles for outsourcing and project-based contracts.
• Tapping into your network of manpower suppliers and agents to close urgent roles quickly.
• Driving daily closures to meet revenue-linked hiring targets.
• Collaborating with operations and client teams on mobilization timelines and manpower plans.
• Keeping trackers, dashboards, and status reports updated and accurate.

Admin & Mobilization Responsibilities:

• Handle onboarding, document collection, visa processing, and coordination with PROs.
• Maintain employee records, track document expiries, and update HRMS regularly.
• Support salary card applications, timesheet collection, and site-level admin tasks.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 3-4 years of recruitment/admin experience in manpower supply or staffing firms.
• Strong, active network with agents, manpower suppliers, and recruitment partners.
• Proven ability to meet bulk hiring targets under pressure.
• Fluent in English and Hindi; sharp communicator and proactive problem-solver.
• Advanced Excel skills and hands-on with HRMS/ATS systems.
• Solid understanding of UAE labor law, visa processing, and on-ground HR support.
