• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for Revenue (Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Customer Success and Partner) and other roles.
• Build strong talent pipelines across multiple regions and time zones.
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers to shape role profiles, advise on global market conditions, and optimize hiring decisions.
• Represent Sana Commerce with energy — engaging candidates with our culture, mission, and international growth story.
• Improve how we recruit: enhance processes, refine sourcing strategies, and elevate the candidate experience.

• At least 5 years of experience in recruiting across multiple regions (EMEA and Americas).
• A strong track record hiring Commercial or Corporate roles in fast‑growing companies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and sourcing skills.
• A proactive, “make it happen” mindset and the ability to influence decision-makers.
• Based in Dubai or open to relocating, and eligible to work here.
