A global leader in Oil and Gas technology is seeking a Country Sales Director in the UAE. This role entails leading the sales strategies for Oil Field Services, driving customer engagement, and ensuring flawless service delivery. Candidates should have 10-15 years of experience in the oilfield services sector, a relevant bachelor's degree, and strong skills in sales strategy and customer relationship management. As a Country Sales Director, you will lead the execution of OFSE sales strategies within the UAE, driving customer engagement, opportunity development, and flawless service delivery. Ensure alignment with Baker Hughes’ HSE culture and customer expectations while promoting the value proposition of OFSE offerings.
