A leading financial institution focused on delivering cutting‑edge AI/ML solutions in a fast‑paced banking environment. The company is seeking an Agile Scrum Master to drive successful implementation of artificial intelligence initiatives while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Facilitate agile ceremonies and remove impediments for AI/ML development teams
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (data scientists, ML engineers, developers, stakeholders)
• Integrate MLOps practices and manage model development lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations and AI governance frameworks
• Coach teams on agile methodologies and foster continuous improvement
• Communicate AI project status and business value to executive leadership

• 5+ years as Scrum Master; 2+ years with AI/ML projects
• CSM, PSM, or equivalent certification required
• Banking/financial services experience preferred

• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and deployment pipelines
• Knowledge of MLOps, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), and agile tools
• Familiarity with banking systems and regulatory requirements
