Job summary
A prominent real estate company in Dubai is seeking a highly organized Female Personal Assistant to support the Director of Sales. The candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in a real estate brokerage, with skills in cold calling, RERA processes, and multilingual communication. Responsibilities include managing documentation, B2B meetings, and providing executive support. A competitive salary of AED 3,000 – 5,000/month is offered, with a schedule of 6 days a week.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in a real estate brokerage company.
- Experience with off-plan projects and promotional calls.
- Ability to assist in video content creation.
- English required; Arabic is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Sales with various tasks.
- Prepare and manage RERA Forms A, B, and F.
- Conduct promotional calls for new off-plan launches.
- Manage communication with clients through various platforms.
- Schedule and manage B2B meetings.
