Charterhouse is working exclusively alongside an international software vendor which is looking to hire an experienced Partner Sales Manager to be based in Dubai. This role will manage strategic partnerships across the Middle East region with the opportunity for regular travel.

About the Role

This is a rare opening to join an innovative brand during a significant growth phase, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping partner growth strategies and ecosystems across diverse markets. The main priority will be to leverage existing partner networks and understanding of regional market dynamics to design effective plans which generate revenue growth through indirect channels. Reporting to the International Sales Director, this will be an independent role responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with system integrators, consulting firms, and technology partners. There will be regular collaboration with international teams such as marketing and pre‑sales to identify opportunities and develop plans accordingly, including training for partners. Additionally, this role will monitor partner performance and provide regular reporting to leadership.

About You

The successful candidate should have over 5 years experience within partner / channel enterprise software sales. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are paramount alongside the ability to work in a fast‑paced entrepreneurial environment. This will be an independent leadership role which requires the ability to influence at C level and collaborate effectively with international colleagues and partners. A Bachelors degree in business, computer science or engineering is required alongside a proven track record working across the Middle East market.
