Qualifications

• 10–15 years in project finance, M&A in renewable energy, infrastructure or power sector.
• Proficient in executing financial modelling, project financing, and M&A.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify new investment opportunities aligned with regional energy transition.
• Lead financial modelling, commercial valuation, and due diligence.
• Guide performance improvement across operating assets.
• Manage analysts and associates during transactions and modelling.
