This role presents an exclusive opportunity for a seasoned General Manager, CEO or a Doctor with strong business acumen to take charge of a well‑established healthcare institution. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing and scaling family‑owned hospitals in the UAE or GCC region, optimizing operational efficiency and implementing growth strategies that enhance patient care and profitability.

• Strategic Leadership & Growth: Develop and implement a comprehensive roadmap for hospital expansion, franchise opportunities, and operational excellence.
• Hospital Operations: Oversee daily management ensuring seamless service delivery, regulatory compliance, and a high standard of patient care.
• Financial Stewardship: Drive financial performance through effective budgeting, cost optimization and P&L management.
• Expansion & Market Positioning: Identify and execute strategies to scale the hospital’s presence in the UAE and beyond.
• Stakeholder & Investor Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare authorities, investors and key industry stakeholders.
• Innovation & Modernization: Implement advanced technologies and industry best practices to enhance healthcare services and maintain a competitive edge.
• Leadership & Culture: Lead and mentor a high‑performing executive team fostering a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous improvement.

• A medical background (preferably a doctor) with strong business acumen or a senior executive with extensive experience in hospital management.
• A minimum of five years of executive leadership experience in the healthcare sector, with a focus on hospital operations and strategic expansion.
• A proven ability to manage and scale family‑owned midsize or boutique healthcare facilities within the UAE or GCC.
• Strong financial and operational management expertise, including hands‑on experience in budgeting, cost control and revenue growth.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in the healthcare sector.
• A deep understanding of healthcare transformation, patient‑centered care models and operational excellence.
