RECEPTIONIST CUM ADMIN – FEMALE ONLY.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE.
2. Strong proficiency in PRO (Public Relations Officer) duties, including:
3. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
4. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.
5. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
6. Experience with data entry, filing, and maintaining office records
7. Ability to coordinate meetings and manage office calendars.
8. Inventory management (ordering and maintaining office supplies)
9. Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and packages.
10. Basic bookkeeping skills for handling office expenses and maintaining financial records.
11. Managing office documents, including contracts, reports, and correspondence.

Salary: (depending on experience)

1. Freshers and candidates without UAE experience need not apply.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist cum admin.
