We are seeking highly organized, detail-driven, and tech-savvy individuals to join our team as Data Entry Associates & Operators. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, verifying, and maintaining a wide variety of data in both digital and database systems. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that all information is processed efficiently, securely, and in compliance with company standards and data integrity protocols.
This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong typing accuracy, consistency under deadlines, and the ability to work independently while delivering high-quality results.
Your performance will be evaluated based on:
- Accuracy rate: Target 98–100% data accuracy.
- Speed & productivity: Meeting quota expectations (e.g., number of entries processed per hour/day).
- Timeliness: Completion of tasks within assigned deadlines.
- Consistency: Maintaining quality across recurring tasks.
- Error resolution: Ability to correct and prevent recurring mistakes.
- Communication: Responsiveness to supervisors and team members.
Requirements
Technical Skills
- Proficient typing speed (45–75 WPM or higher) with excellent accuracy.
- Strong command of spreadsheet software (Excel formulas, filters, sorting, formatting).
- Ability to work with CRM systems, ERP platforms, and data input software.
- Working knowledge of digital documents, PDF tools, and cloud storage platforms.
- Basic familiarity with data formatting, database structures, and content management systems (CMS).
Analytical & Organizational Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, or anomalies in data sets.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize and handle repetitive tasks with consistent focus.

- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

General Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, clerical work, or similar roles preferred.
- Experience with remote work tools is advantageous.
