A luxury hotel spa in Dubai is seeking a dedicated individual to greet guests, maintain cleanliness in the spa areas, and prepare treatment rooms for guest services. Ideal candidates should have prior experience in a luxury environment, possess strong communication skills, and pay attention to detail. Fluency in English is required, while knowledge of additional languages is a plus. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment enhancing guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel or spa environment.
- Good physical fitness and ability to maintain cleanliness in the spa.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Responsabilités
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Ensure that all spa areas are clean and tidy.
- Prepare treatment rooms for spa treatments.
- Provide guests with refreshments and amenities.
- Follow hygiene and safety protocols.
- Maintain knowledge of spa services and products.
- Collaborate with spa team members.
