As a Strategic Account Manager, you will lead business development, account management, and solution delivery for key enterprise clients. This role focuses on building long-term strategic partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering innovative security technologies, managed services, and global solutions across complex, mission‑critical environments. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, driving revenue growth and supporting the organization’s vision to be an industry leader.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 7–10 years of B2B sales experience in technology or security solutions.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and enterprise accounts.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Collaborative, results‑driven, and adaptable in fast‑paced environments.
𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒:
Strategic Account & Business Development
- Identify, qualify, and develop strategic business opportunities within the data center sector.
- Build and maintain executive‑level relationships with senior decision‑makers, influencers, and technical stakeholders.
- Develop account plans and long‑term growth strategies aligned with Convergint’s GCDC vertical goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing insights, identifying risks, and delivering proactive recommendations.
Revenue Growth & Pipeline Management
- Achieve or exceed annual sales targets for security technologies, managed services, and professional services.
- Maintain a strong and accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Lead sales cycles from opportunity discovery through solution delivery and post‑deployment support.
- Track forecasts, performance metrics, and customer feedback.
Solution Selling & Delivery
- Analyze customer environments and propose customized, high‑value Convergint solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, finance, and legal teams to design and deliver complex solutions.
- Influence customer strategies related to data center security and integrated technologies.
- Ensure feasibility, pricing accuracy, and proposal development for solutions including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, life safety systems, and managed services.
Global Collaboration & Industry Leadership
- Coordinate with regional and global Convergint teams to ensure seamless delivery of multi‑site projects.
- Serve as a key point of contact for global clients expanding within the region.
- Stay current on data center market trends and emerging security technologies.
- Represent Convergint at industry events, webinars, and client engagements.
- Promote Convergint’s values, culture, and GCDC vertical strategy in all interactions.
