Job Summary:

We are seeking a licensed and experienced Real Estate Broker to manage and oversee property transactions for clients in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the UAE real estate market, an understanding of local property laws and regulations, excellent negotiation skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Real Estate Broker, you will manage a team of agents, ensure smooth property transactions, and offer expert guidance to both buyers and sellers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage real estate transactions for clients, including buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
• Lead and mentor a team of real estate agents to ensure successful property deals.
• Advise clients on property options based on their needs, budget, and preferences.
• Conduct property evaluations, arrange showings, and facilitate open houses.
• Negotiate and mediate deals between buyers and sellers, ensuring favorable terms for clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the UAE real estate market, pricing trends, and emerging developments.
• Ensure all transactions comply with UAE property laws, including Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations and other relevant government guidelines.
• Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents, ensuring compliance with UAE law.
• Collaborate with legal professionals, developers, lenders, and property managers to complete transactions.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for property listings and projects.
• Provide guidance and resolve disputes that may arise during the transaction process.
• Stay informed about new government policies, property regulations, and zoning laws in the UAE.

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s qualification and at least 3 years of experience. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
