We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Account Manager HORECA to manage and grow relationships with hotels, restaurants, and catering clients. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, a deep understanding of the foodservice industry, and a proven ability to deliver sales growth through strategic account management.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key HORECA clients, including hotels, restaurants, and catering groups
  • Achieve sales and profitability targets for assigned accounts and product categories
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the HORECA channel
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and trading terms to ensure profitability and long-term partnerships
  • Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and on-time delivery
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to analyze performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform commercial strategies
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and account plans
  • Support product launches, sampling activities, and menu placements within the HORECA segment
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and brand representation
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 4 -7 years of experience in sales or key account management within the HORECA or foodservice sector
  • Strong understanding of the UAE hospitality market and key customer networks
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing large accounts
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable insights
  • Valid UAE driving license
