Our client is a luxury retail furniture and furnishing company. They are seeking a Corporate Sales Consultant to join their growing team. This role focuses on promoting and securing long-term rental agreements for premium home furnishings. The ideal candidate will be proactive, personable, and experienced in the interiors or furnishings industry, with a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities:

·Identify and pursue new business opportunities for long-term furniture rental services.

·Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, relocation companies, real estate agencies, and individual customers.

·Conduct client consultations to understand furnishing needs and propose tailored rental solutions.

·Prepare and present rental proposals, negotiate terms, and close contracts.

·Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and setup of rental packages.

·Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and follow-ups.

·Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to position services effectively.

·Represent the brand professionally at networking events and industry functions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the furniture, interiors, or home services industry.
• Strong understanding of home furnishing solutions and ability to communicate value effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships and prioritize tasks effectively.
