A leading tech company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Sales Executive to drive B2B sales of remanufactured toner cartridges. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, achieving sales targets, and maintaining customer relationships. The ideal candidate has proven telesales experience and strong communication skills. This role involves working independently and requires a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities Make outbound sales calls to prospective B2B customers.
Promote and sell remanufactured toner cartridges highlighting cost savings and environmental benefits.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable toner products.
Maintain and update the customer database (CRM).
Follow up on leads and quotations to close deals.
Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets .
Build strong, professional relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Provide feedback from customers to help improve sales strategy and product offerings.
Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or outbound calling (preferably in B2B sales).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into customers.
Basic knowledge of printers, cartridges, or office supplies is an advantage.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
