Formación
- 3-5 years of experience in construction or civil engineering projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and safety regulations.

- Manage day-to-day construction activities onsite, coordinating with contractors.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily reports.

As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage day-to-day construction activities onsite, coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and technical submittals.
- Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during construction, proposing effective solutions.
- Ensure adherence to local building codes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other team members to optimize project execution.
- Monitor and control project costs, materials, and resources to maintain budget compliance.
- Implement and enforce site safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies for necessary approvals and inspections.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction or civil engineering projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and quality control processes.
- Familiarity with UAE construction standards and regulations.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Dubai.
- Experience with construction/infrastructure industry best practices and civil engineering principles.
