Job summary
A leading fitout and interior construction firm in Dubai is seeking a sales professional to identify and develop customer accounts. The role involves preparing sales proposals, collaborating with project teams, conducting site visits, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of market trends and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and maintain new and existing customer accounts in the fitout and interior construction sector.
- Prepare and present technical sales proposals and quotations.
- Collaborate with project managers and design teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct site visits to understand project specifications.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients.
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities.
- Participate in trade shows and networking events.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge training.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Key Responsibilities:
