Job summary
A leading construction firm in Dubai seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee villa fit-out projects. This role is vital to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with UAE regulations. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, at least 5 years in project management, and expertise in managing high-end fit-out projects. Package includes a salary of AED 12,000 to AED 14,000, along with visa, transport, and accommodation.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management specifically in villa fit-out projects within the UAE.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering high-end residential fit-out projects on time and within budget.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE construction regulations and local authority requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of villa fit-out projects including planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring and closeout.
- Develop and implement detailed project plans and budgets.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
