A leading construction firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced Estimator to ensure accurate cost assessments and project delivery within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience in construction estimating, particularly for commercial and F&B projects. Responsibilities include preparing detailed BOQs, collaborating with project teams, and analyzing project specifications. Proficiency in AutoCAD and estimating software is essential.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an estimator in the construction industry.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
- Strong AutoCAD skills.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for fitout projects.
