Job description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Coordinator located in Ras Al Khaimah. The Site Coordinator will oversee and manage daily site operations, coordinate between project teams and subcontractor, ensure timely deliverables and availability of resources, and ensure compliance with project Specs, designs, safety and quality standards. Additional responsibilities include monitoring project progress, preparing status reports, troubleshooting issues on-site, and maintaining effective communication with all relevant parties.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Interior Fit‑Out, or related field.
• Minimum 3–7 years of UAE experience in joinery or high‑end fit‑out projects.
• Proven experience in luxury residential, hospitality, or premium commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of bespoke joinery materials, finishes, and installation techniques.
• Strong understanding of UAE construction practices and site coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret joinery shop drawings and details.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of project management software is an advantage.
