Job summary
A leading pest control services company is seeking a Business Development Manager to boost sales growth and market expansion. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree and have over 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the pest control industry. This role demands strong negotiation and networking skills, as well as the ability to establish long-term client relationships. The position requires a valid UAE driving license and offers an opportunity to significantly impact the business's market presence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in pest control.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

- Negotiate contracts and ensure profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business development updates.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in pest control, or related industries.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain corporate client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
