A leading transport services provider in Dubai is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of experience in marketing, strong B2B and B2C marketing knowledge, and excellent leadership skills. The Role

The Senior Marketing Manager will oversee the development and implementation of integrated marketing plans that drive growth, enhance brand visibility, and support the Group’s portfolio of brands. This role requires a confident marketing professional with a proven track record of leading multi-channel campaigns, managing teams, and optimising marketing performance across both traditional and digital platforms. The Senior Marketing Manager will lead day-to-day operations within the marketing function and work closely with internal stakeholders and agency partners to deliver high-quality, impactful marketing initiatives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial capacity.
  • Proven track record leading multi-brand marketing functions and delivering measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing within the GCC region.
  • Skilled in managing external agencies and multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Highly organised, analytical, and results-driven, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with CRM, CMS, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with GCC markets and audiences is an advantage.
