About The Role

The Affiliate Manager is responsible for scaling Traze’s non‑IB affiliate channels globally. This includes onboarding and managing relationships with influencers, content creators, trading communities, educators, bloggers, comparison sites, and signal providers. Your goal is to build a strong pipeline of traffic partners, optimise their performance, ensure traffic quality, and grow deposit‑driven results across multiple regions. This is a high‑ownership, performance‑driven role for someone who is proactive, relationship‑focused, and understands the trading/fintech landscape.

Key responsibilities
  • Affiliate Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify, contact, and onboard new affiliates across global markets.
  • Relationship & Performance Management: Maintain strong, ongoing communication with affiliates and support affiliates with creatives, tracking links, landing routes, and campaign guidance.
  • Affiliate Campaign Management: Launch and oversee affiliate campaigns with proper tracking and attribution.
  • Traffic Quality & Compliance: Monitor traffic quality daily (bot checks, abnormal patterns, fraud prevention). Reject invalid traffic where appropriate and escalate concerns and ensure all affiliates comply with brand and regulatory guidelines.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimise affiliate payout structures (CPA, Hybrid) based on ROI. Scale best‑performing affiliates across AR, EN, SEA, LATAM, and Turkey.
  • Reporting & Insights: Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports.

  • Number of activated affiliates
  • Monthly FTDs generated by affiliates
  • CPFTD per affiliate and region
  • Affiliate ROI / traffic quality score
  • Payout cost efficiency
  • Conversion rates from affiliate traffic (Reg → KYC → FTD)
Required Skills & Experience
  • 2–4 years experience in affiliate marketing (preferably fintech, trading, lead‑gen, or iGaming).
  • Proven ability to recruit, activate, and optimise affiliates.
  • Understanding of performance metrics (CPL, CPR, CPFTD, ROI).
  • Experience working with tracking platforms, S2S postbacks, UTMs, and affiliate dashboards.
