Job summary

A leading provider of PPE solutions in Dubai is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to expand its footprint in the construction and oil & gas sectors. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, a valid UAE driving license, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Candidates should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, with a solid understanding of the UAE market. The position offers competitive base salary plus commission on performance.

Qualifications

Reports To: Regional Sales Manager / Head of Sales
Salary (tax-free): Competitive base + commission (based on performance)

About the Role

Our client is a leading provider of PPE and industrial safety equipment across the UAE. They are seeking a proactive and well-connected Sales Executive to expand their footprint in the construction and oil & gas sectors.

This role is ideal for someone who combines deep market knowledge with strong client-facing skills and a proven ability to close high-value deals in technical B2B environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and close new business opportunities across construction, oil & gas, and industrial sectors.
  • Build and nurture relationships with procurement teams, HSE managers, and decision-makers.
  • Promote a full range of PPE and industrial safety solutions aligned with local regulations and safety standards.
  • Conduct on-site visits, client meetings, and product demos to understand technical needs.
  • Own the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to negotiation, proposal, and closing.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Track competitor activity, pricing, and market trends to refine positioning.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status.
  • Collaborate with logistics and technical teams to ensure delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions and networking events.
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in PPE, safety equipment, MEP, or industrial products.
  • Existing network in the UAE construction and/or oil & gas industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of UAE procurement processes and tendering cycles.
  • Tech-savvy with CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Education
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Sales certifications or industry-specific training is a plus.
