Role Overview:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist (Arabic Speaker) with a strong focus on CRM customer engagement and the ability to create and manage marketing campaigns in Arabic. The ideal candidate will leverage REM CRM and data‑driven strategies to enhance client relationships, drive marketing campaigns and optimize engagement across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and manage CRM campaigns including email, SMS, push notifications and loyalty or referral programs.
• Create and execute digital marketing campaigns in Arabic across multiple platforms.
• Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance and key metrics to optimize marketing and sales strategies.
• Generate actionable reports and insights to improve CRM processes and campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales and operations teams to ensure seamless client communication and engagement.
• Optimize client journeys to improve retention, engagement and lifetime value.
• Stay up-to-date with CRM trends, digital marketing innovations and emerging technologies in real estate.

Skills & Expertise:

• Hands‑on experience with REM CRM or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools, A/B testing and API integrations.
