We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in property development to lead the planning and execution of marketing strategies across residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in branding, project launches, market research, digital campaigns and stakeholder engagement within the real estate or property sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for property developments from pre‑launch through post‑handover stages.
- Oversee branding and positioning of new developments in coordination with consultants, architects and internal teams.
- Lead marketing campaigns across digital, print, outdoor media and event activations ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis and customer profiling to guide project pricing and targeting strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts generate high‑quality leads and conversions.
- Manage development of all marketing collateral: brochures, floor plans, 3D renders and project videos.
- Coordinate sales centre designs, mock‑up units and on‑site marketing experiences.
- Oversee digital presence (website, social media, SEO/SEM, CRM integration).
- Manage relationships with agencies, media, branding consultants and PR firms.
- Track KPIs, campaign performance and ROI; adjust strategies accordingly.
- Plan and execute events: project launches, exhibitions, roadshows, investor presentations.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulations and align with brand guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or related field (Masters preferred).
- 10 years of marketing experience including 5 years in real estate or property development.
- Proven success launching residential, commercial or mixed‑use projects.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics, CRM platforms and digital channels.
- Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Creative with attention to visual identity and brand standards. - Familiar with real‑estate trends, customer expectations and project life cycles.
Preferred Experience
- GCC or MENA property market experience
- Exposure to luxury or high‑rise developments
- Coordination with master developers and authorities (e.g. RERA, DLD)
