Senior Account Manager – IT Infra Sales
Job summary
A technology solutions provider in Dubai is seeking a Sales Executive skilled in IT infrastructure solutions and services. You will be responsible for building relationships with key decision-makers and managing sales strategies for allocated accounts. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales and communication skills, along with experience in selling IT services. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with clients and vendors in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in selling IT solutions and services.
- Certification on the sold OEM solutions.
- Ability to adapt to technology changes.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain business relationships.
- Manage sales aspects for allocated accounts.
- Develop and execute sales strategies.
Skills
- Build/ maintain Business relationship with key decision makers across organizations.
- Experience in selling to Large and Medium Enterprise within IT Infrastructure Solution and Services Sales
- Experience in Selling IT services (Infrastructure ITSM Monitoring and Automation Tool Cloud services on MS Azure)
- Response to Full-Service tendering of Technical & Commercial proposals
- Work along with OEM and Distribution partners.
- Develop relationships across targeted accounts.
- Develop and execute Sales strategy on QoQ basis.
- Maintain complete Infrastructure Support portfolio with key clients following up on the escalation and issues between client and vendor as and when required.
- Focal point for the client & vendor communication.
- Manage all sales related aspects for allocated accounts including managing internal stakeholders.
- Responsible for AR Collection working along with Finance and Logistics team.
- Developing New Accounts Set on QoQ Basis.
Competency in Selling OEM Solution (Infrastructure and Security Part)
Have at least got certification on the Solution Sold in Previous Experience
