Institutional Sales, Global Leading Asset Manager, 500B USD AUM

We are a leading global asset manager expanding our institutional presence in the Middle East. We seek an Institutional Sales Director to drive capital raising and client partnerships across sovereign wealth funds (SWFs), family offices, and pension funds in the GCC region.

You will promote our suite of investment strategies (equities, fixed income, ETFs and private markets) while leveraging Dubai's position as a gateway for cross-border investment flows.

About your role
  • Develop and execute a GCC-focused sales strategy for our institutional products
  • Cultivate relationships with SWFs (e.g., ADIA, PIF, Mubadala), banks and fund-of-funds
  • Structure bespoke solutions including segregated accounts and co-investments
  • Articulate our market edge and investment capabilities to regional investors
  • Monitor GCC regulatory trends to align product distribution
  • Represent the firm at key industry conferences and events
  • Partner with investment, legal and compliance teams to tailor offerings
  • Coordinate with Dubai-based custodians and placement agents
What you will need to succeed
  • 8+ years in institutional sales/capital raising
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree (MBA/Finance) preferred
  • Deep understanding of GCC investor preferences
  • Fluency in English; Arabic a strong plus
