Job Summary:As the Chef de Partie, you will assist the Senior Chefs in overseeing food preparation by junior staff under your supervision, ensuring the quality of recipes and portions, with a particular focus on sushi preparation and presentation. You will ensure proper storage, cooking, reheating, defrosting, and labelling procedures of all food items are followed, adhering to all Company, brand, and Dubai Municipality Health and Safety standards. You will maintain a clean, well-organized, and well-maintained kitchen environment. The role requires training junior chefs and leading by example, so excellent multitasking and leadership skills are essential.
