Qualifications
- 1–2 years’ experience in upscale luxury hospitality or five-star hotels.
- Strong attention to detail, flexibility, creativity, and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Chef de Cuisine in daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation, and stock of food supplies.
- Participate in training sessions and display creativity in food displays.

- Assist the Chef de Cuisine in daily kitchen operations and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation, and adequate stock of food supplies.
- Display efficient inter‑department coordination and participate in training sessions.
- Display creativity in food displays and meet the highest level of service standards.
- At least 1–2 years’ experience in an upscale luxury hospitality industry or five‑star hotels.
- Strong attention to detail, flexibility, creativity, and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
- Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.
