Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef de Cuisine in daily kitchen operations and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation, and adequate stock of food supplies.
• Display efficient inter‑department coordination and participate in training sessions.
• Display creativity in food displays and meet the highest level of service standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years’ experience in an upscale luxury hospitality industry or five‑star hotels.
• Strong attention to detail, flexibility, creativity, and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
• Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.
