- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of business applications, ensuring system stability and performance
- Manage the configuration, deployment, and integration of applications within the organization's IT infrastructure
- Lead and participate in projects related to the implementation, upgrade, and enhancement of business applications
- Collaborate with project teams, business analysts, and developers to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables
- Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues, including application errors, data integration problems, and performance concerns
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, workflows, and user guides
- Work closely with business users to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the applications
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within business applications and stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies recommending best practices and innovations to enhance system capabilities

Formal Education
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Work Experience
At least 10 years of experience in application support, development, or a similar role, with a focus on enterprise applications
Skills and Knowledge
- Proficiency in Oracle Service Cloud, Oracle EBS and Dynamics 365
- Strong understanding of database management, data integration, and application security
- Experience with cloud-based solutions and SaaS platforms
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
