Job Title: Business Manager (Dubai)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in a similar role

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Manager in Dubai to manage our expanding team. This role will involve overseeing local operations, recruiting and managing staff, and ensuring seamless communication with our UK headquarters. The Business Manager will work UK-aligned hours (9 a.m. to 5 p.m. UK time), which means working afternoons and evenings in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure that all local staff, including sales, customer service, and aftercare teams, are well-managed.
  • Recruit and onboard new employees, maintaining a high standard of team performance and morale.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Dubai office and the UK head office, providing regular updates.
  • Ensure office hours are in sync with UK time zones, which will involve working roughly 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. or 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. Dubai time.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a business management or leadership role.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, with a strong intellectual vocabulary and the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be currently residing in Dubai with full eligibility to work there
