PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: The Business Development Manager will play a key part in identifying new investment and business opportunities, conducting deep financial analysis, and supporting strategic initiatives across our fast-growing real estate and lifestyle portfolio. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic investments in line with Arada’s growth strategy. • Conduct in-depth financial modeling, investment analysis, and feasibility studies to assess ROI and business impact. • Prepare and present high-quality investment memos, pitch decks, and reports for senior management and board-level decision-making. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, operations, and external advisors) to drive deal execution from due diligence through to closure. • Track market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform business development initiatives. • Lead and support negotiations with potential partners, investors, and stakeholders. PREFERRED INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE: • Prior experience in real estate, infrastructure, or construction-related industries. • Familiarity with deal structuring and joint venture arrangements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field • Master’s degree preferred. • CA, CFA or equivalent financial certification is highly preferred EXPERIENCE • 5+ years of relevant experience in private equity, financial services, real estate investment, or corporate strategy • Proven experience in financial modeling, valuation, and investment structuring SKILLS • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and commercial acumen • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
