As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new accounts and expanding existing relationships to build a sustainable client portfolio in the UAE, aiming to meet sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and grow existing business with banks, financial institutions, government entities, and SMEs.
  • Create new business opportunities to maintain targeted revenues.
  • Conduct autonomous new business activities and plan customer meetings.
  • Manage Pan Emirates accounts.
  • Oversee all sales cycle activities for your assigned client portfolio.
  • Ensure achievement of revenue goals following corporate guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through regular visits.
  • Gather information on new products/services and monitor competitors, reporting client feedback.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Experience in the financial services or banking sectors.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage clients and guide them through their buying cycle.
  • Must hold a UAE driving license.
