The Digi Creatives is seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to help fuel our growth. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and expanding our client base. Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new business opportunities in the digital marketing space.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Present The Digi Creatives' services to prospective clients and provide tailored solutions based on their business needs.
  • Lead contract negotiations and close deals to secure new business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, content, and operations teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and execution.
  • Track, analyze, and report on business development performance, including sales metrics and targets.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and build brand awareness.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role, preferably in the digital marketing or tech industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and achieving targets.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing services and the ability to communicate these effectively to clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
