About the Binance VIP Team

The Binance VIP & Institutional team supports a wide range of sophisticated market participants including proprietary trading firms, HFTs, hedge funds, family offices, asset managers, market makers, brokers, investment banks, and fintech firms. Our team delivers high-touch services and strategic solutions tailored to the needs of our most influential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Originate and manage a portfolio of VIP and institutional clients, including HNW individuals
  • Build and deepen client relationships through regular engagement and needs-based consultation
  • Identify client requirements and collaborate internally to tailor offerings and improve services
  • Contribute to the evolution of customer service processes and team operations
  • Analyze market opportunities and collaborate with local teams to drive regional sales strategy
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales or client services, preferably in fintech, financial services, investments, or related sectors
  • Strong understanding of financial products; derivatives and trading platform experience is a plus
  • Established network of institutional or HNW clients (e.g., brokers, private banks, commercial banks, asset managers) is highly advantageous
  • Excellent communication, sales, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-directed environment with shifting priorities
  • Passion for the crypto industry; prior crypto/blockchain experience is a strong advantage
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic
