This is an on-site, full-time position for a Branch Supervisor, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Branch Supervisor will manage day-to-day branch operations, oversee staff performance, and ensure efficient and compliant money transfer and currency exchange transactions. Responsibilities include supervising service delivery, monitoring customer interactions, addressing inquiries, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and company standards. The role requires leadership and a commitment to maintaining exceptional customer service.

• Understanding of financial transactions, remittance, and currency exchange processes

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
