Requirements:

1. Proven experience in sales within the UAE real estate industry.
2. Excellent command of verbal and written English.
3. Currently based in the UAE.
4. Excellent presentation, communication, and managerial skills.
5. Minimum of 2 years experience as a Sales Director in Real Estate Development.
6. Strong people management, hiring, and coaching skills.
7. Strong leadership qualities.
