Job Description
  • Identify and secure project opportunities across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors by developing strong relationships with consultants, developers, architects, and MEP contractors to achieve sales targets and maximize market share.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles from product selection, pricing, and submittals to negotiation and delivery to ensure on-time project completion and client satisfaction.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the project sales team by setting clear KPIs, monitoring performance, and providing ongoing coaching to foster a high-performance culture focused on service excellence and achievement.
  • Analyze market trends, monitor competitors, and prepare regular sales forecasts and pipeline reports to advise management on strategic decisions and business growth opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of project sales experience in sanitary ware, bathroom fittings, or building materials, with at least 3 years in a senior or team‑lead capacity.
  • Strong network within UAE construction and hospitality sectors; sound knowledge of tender processes, project sales cycles, and technical product selection.
  • Proven track record in achieving project sales targets; excellent negotiation and presentation skills; leadership and mentoring ability; advanced MS Office and CRM proficiency.
